These are just a few of the ways that we say welcome on the continent of Africa! The Appalachian African Community is dedicated to celebrating this diversity on and off campus.

Appalachian African Community is a club open to anyone who has a heart for Africa, including students, faculty, and community members. We meet on Wednesday evenings in the Old Belk Library during the school year. Appalachian African Community seeks to network Appalachia with the African community, celebrate African cultures, and provide a support base for African students and faculty. We welcome you to join us for meetings or events!
